Deb is trained in Trauma-Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy and is currently working on her doctorate in Traumatology from Liberty University. Melissa is a registered nurse of 28 years and has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. She is also certified in Biblical Counseling. She has two sons and six grandchildren but in 2011 lost her two sons, two grandchildren, and a daughter-in-law in a plane crash. Her journey of grief has given her compassion to help

She also has the heart to help those with mental illness have the best life God intends for them.

She graduated from Liberty University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Christian Counseling. Melissa works with children and teenagers, helping them find stability in an unstable world. She also provides parents with skills and direction for the needs of their children. Melissa loves to help children and teenagers develop and strengthen their relationship with Jesus.

Angel has been a school counselor for over 30 years working in counties such as Pike, Lamar, and Upson. Angel has a love for children and helps them during difficult times in their lives. She is a mother of two children and a Gigi of two grandchildren. Angel is also a Jabbok Board Member.

Sarah just graduated with her bachelor’s degree from The University of Georgia. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in mental health counseling. The Lord laid it on her heart to serve and led her to Jabbok Ministries. She is passionate about helping others through counseling. She loves being a part of what The Lord is doing at Jabbok.

Jim is retired from Robbins Airforce Base. He served in the Army during the Vietnam era. Jim offers biblically based financial counseling to individuals and couples to help them reach financial goals and freedom. Jim loves the Word of God and is currently teaching a Sunday School class at Rock Springs Church.
Reception Administrator
Linda felt the Lord place a desire in her heart to serve one Sunday in a Sunday school class. Pam asked her, "why don't you volunteer at Jabbok Ministries?" She knew in her heart then that was where the Lord wanted her. She is a peace and praising the Lord for the opportunity. Linda and her husband, Jim, have been married for 49 years.
Media Specialist
Brandy assists Jabbok by creating, developing, and formatting various media needs, such as Jabbok products, conference merchandise, and outreach materials. Brandy has been volunteering with Jabbok for over seven years. Brandy has a heart for Bible Study and helping meet the needs of God’s people in any way she is able.
